My Story 

My love for hair began at a young age. When I was little, my mom who battled lupus, often struggled with her hands cramping while doing my sisters and my hair. She had one of our pastors to cornrow our hair from time to time. And those moments planted a seed in me. By the time i turned 8, my brother noticed my growing passion and gifted me my very first mannequin. I still remember the excitement of creating my very first cornrow on that mannequins head. From then on, I was hooked.

At 12 years old, I landed my first job as a shampoo assistant at a Salon. I worked there every weekend and during summers for three years, learning the ropes of life and sharpening my skills.

At 18, I enrolled in Spectrum Beauty Academy in Alexandria, VA and by the age of 20, I earned my cosmetology license.

Now with over 10 years of hands on experience in the hair industry, I specialize in natural hair care. My journey has been guided by passion, dedication, and GOD. I believe that hair is more then just a style its a form of self expression and confidence.
